Why Are so Few Leaders Stepping up to the Plate to Lead Multi-Generational Congregations?

At the risk of sounding alarmist, the American Church is rapidly approaching a leadership crisis.

A large part of this crisis is rooted not in moral failures or an increasingly secular culture, but, rather, in the unrelenting forward march of time. Simply put: America’s pastors are getting older.

In 1992, the median age for a Protestant pastor in America was 44. According to the Barna Group, in 2017, it climbed 10 years to 54. There are now more full-time senior pastors over the age of 65 than there are pastors under the age of 40.

It’s not an exaggeration to say that the future of many churches hinges on their ability to identify, raise up, and support the next generation of leaders in their congregation.

And that’s what this free webinar with Tyler Reagin is all about.

Through leadership positions at North Point Ministries and Catalyst, Tyler has spent the past two decades training, equipping, and encouraging leaders. He’s on the front lines raising the next generations of pastors, and he’s agreed to join us for an hour to discuss what’s working and what’s missing.

In this exclusive webinar, Tyler will be sharing on

  • How your church can avoid “counterfeit wins”
  • The three things the Millennials on your staff are looking for
  • Leadership lessons from Simon Sinek, Patrick Lencioni, and John Maxwell
  • And much more!

Whether you’ve read Tyler’s books or seen him at at Catalyst Conference, or even if this is the first you’ve heard of him, this is one hour that you don’t want to miss. The next generation of your ministry may very well depend on it.
